Roles and Responsibilities
- Must exp in Business Development Manager - Pharma Sales in Freight Forwarding Industry only
- Developing business by increasing volumes and Gross profit from Pharma sales with clear objectives and goals.
- Identify customers within the Region, who can be targeted for the pharma Vertical.
- Having a target pipeline and a strategy in place to develop and grow the business.
- Manage Key accounts and ensure desired service levels are achieved.
- Prepare sales plans and reports
- Deliver agreed on revenue and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; achieve monthly KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within Pharma Sales is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this role requires daily liaison with clients and networking capabilities
- Good Numeric and analysis Skills.
