Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must exp in Business Development Manager - Pharma Sales in Freight Forwarding Industry only
  • Developing business by increasing volumes and Gross profit from Pharma sales with clear objectives and goals.
  • Identify customers within the Region, who can be targeted for the pharma Vertical.
  • Having a target pipeline and a strategy in place to develop and grow the business.
  • Manage Key accounts and ensure desired service levels are achieved.
  • Prepare sales plans and reports
  • Deliver agreed on revenue and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; achieve monthly KPIs


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience within Pharma Sales is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this role requires daily liaison with clients and networking capabilities
  • Good Numeric and analysis Skills.
