Review manpower productivity and cost on regular basis
Have personal Target and Budget to contribute to the Branch
Have a pipeline of the Target accounts, and do a monthly review
Monitor the performance of the Clients Signed ,Increase Client base and maintain service standards
Monitor collections on weekly basis.
Ensure that invoices are raise correctly and on time and submit to the customers on time.
Send letter to all defaulting customer and take legal action against the customers who are defaulters.
Ensure credit notes are issued on time
To ensure collection is done on time and there is no slippage.
Identifying the training requirements of the staff. Identify the internal and external trainers for various work-shops and also build succession plan in all departments.
Have a clear road map for training on Product Knowledge , behavioural skills & Managerial Skills
Take regular feedbacks on the trainings conducted
Proper induction of new joiner in Sales team
