Job Description

All HR activities related to Schenellecke Jeena Logisitcs for client Volkswagan in Chakan:

Administering & Maintenance of SJPL staff attendance & leave record
Administering Contract manpower supply as per requirements, their attendance on daily basis and verification of attendance on monthly basis
Introduction of new employees to staff and help them to settle down
Joining Documentation and followup with VW HR regarding joining formalities
Maintaining data related to Recruitment
Compliance of rules and laws and fulfil necessary documentation & reports
Checking of Statutory documents of Contractual staff
MIS - Recruitment, Absenteeism, Attendance, Headcount, others
Other administration activities like celebrations, events, Uniforms, Safety Shoes, Reflective Jackets, Travel Bookings etc.
Administering Discipline, 5 S in the organsiation

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
